Recently, the list of winners for the 2022 Dalian Science and Technology Award was announced, and two achievements of Wazhou Group were listed. The "Research and Development of High Efficiency Medium and Large sized Industrial Motor Bearings" project won the second prize of Dalian Science and Technology Progress Award, and the "Research and Industrialization of High Load Capacity, High Reliability, Compact Wind Power Variable Pitch Bearings" project won the third prize of Dalian Science and Technology Progress Award。
The "Research and Development of High Efficiency Medium and Large sized Industrial Motor Bearings" project focuses on the technical research and development of bearings for medium and large high reliability, low-energy consumption motors, and has developed high-efficiency medium and large motor bearings with the same performance as international high-level motor bearings. After 3 years of technological research and development, the bearings for high-efficiency medium and large motors with tile shafts have fully achieved the performance of imported similar products. The products have been applied to large motors in many well-known motor manufacturing enterprises.
The project of "Research and Industrialization of High Load Capacity, High Reliability, Compact Wind Power Variable Pitch Bearings" has studied a new compact bearing structure. Simulation analysis technology is used to model and analyze the bearings and related connectors, and special designs are made inside the bearings to comprehensively improve their reliability. It has started to provide bulk matching for multiple host customers, and the market development prospects are very promising.
